Enjoy this hands on class in the beautiful setting of an 1800’s river town rowhouse in historic downtown Ripley, OH. Sample a few flavors of sourdough & local preserves from Redbud Gardens.
This 3 hour class is a beginner level class & no experience is needed. All supplies will be provided.
Class includes:
-3 hours hand on learning
-Basic sourdough supplies
-Live sourdough starter
-8 page packet with recipe
-2 loaves to finish & bake at home
-Fresh sourdough charcuterie with jam & berries
Cost: $65 per seat
